Hi

Could be a short circuit diode in the alternator - disconnect the alternator plug and if the lights go out, that's the problem.  Otherwise, it could be an ignition relay with contacts welded together - find the relay box and remove the relays one by one until the lights go out.  Finally, try removing the fuses one by one to get an idea of which circuit has a short causing the lights to stay on.
