i have a 2.0 hdi picasso 2003 when it is cold it is hard to start i have put new glowplugs in and no difrents once started it is ok un till the next morning please help

Hi

First, have you checked the glow plug relay to make sure the glow plugs are actually being fed? If that's OK, suspect the injector seals - the go a bit iffy after a while. Alternatively, how many miles has it done? If it's 80K or more, you may be getting slightly low pressure from the high pressure pump - all these will give starting problems. Is there any smoke while the engine's running? If so, suspect the injector seals or pump. If not, check the relay
