If that's OK, suspect the injector seals - the go a bit iffy after a while.  Alternatively, how many miles has it done?  If it's 80K or more, you may be getting slightly low pressure from the high pressure pump - all these will give starting problems. Is there any smoke while the engine's running?  If so, suspect the injector seals or pump.
